When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For customized items, such as hand-embroidered blazers, please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that vintage items and custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
How do I care for my rugby shirts and blazers?
Our heavy-weight rugby shirts are pre-washed but we recommend washing cold and hanging to dry. Blazers should be professionally dry-cleaned only to maintain their structure.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment center. We will do our best to accommodate changes if you contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
